By placing an order with Ollie’s World GF, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure fairness, quality, and a smooth experience for all customers.

Orders & Payments

    •    All orders must be placed in advance.

    •    Payment is required in full to confirm your order.

    •    Accepted payment methods include Card, Cash, or Zelle.

    •    Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Pickup & Delivery Policy

    •    A scheduled pickup or delivery time will be provided once your order is confirmed.

    •    Please arrive on time to ensure freshness and quality.

Late Arrival Fees

    •    15+ minutes late: $5 late fee

    •    30+ minutes late: $10 late fee

    •    59+ minutes late or more: Considered a no-show. If you choose to reschedule, full order price plus a $12 fee will be required.

Late fees must be paid before receiving your order.

No-Show Policy

    •    Orders not picked up or received within 59 minutes of the scheduled time will be considered a no-show.

    •    No-show orders are non-refundable.

    •    If you wish to reschedule after a no-show, full payment plus a $12 fee will apply.

Rescheduling Policy

    •    Rescheduling must be requested at least 12 hours in advance of your scheduled pickup or delivery time.

    •    Same-day reschedules are allowed but full payment is still required, and additional fees may apply.

    •    Repeated rescheduling may result in order refusal in the future.

Refunds & Cancellations

    •    Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

    •    No refunds or cancellations once an order has been confirmed.

    •    In the rare event of an issue with your order, please contact us within 12 hours.

Allergen Disclaimer

    •    All products are gluten-free.

    •    Our pastelitos are dairy-free and nut-free.

    •    Ollie’s World GF is not responsible for allergic reactions. Please order at your own discretion.

Quality & Availability

    •    Product availability is limited and based on ingredient supply.

    •    We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at our discretion.

    •    Presentation may vary slightly as all products are handmade.

Right to Modify Terms
